Comprehensive economics and financial literacy programs for K–12 teachers
The California Council on Economic Education, CCEE, has developed a broad range of materials and partnered with the national Council on Economic Education, to bring teachers and students of all ages programs that teach three main lessons:
- Decision-making skills to deal with real-life financial and economic issues
- Importance of staying in school and human capital by building skills and knowledge
- Analytical and critical decision making through understanding benefit/cost analysis
- The “rules of the game” regarding markets and the global economy
